How to get to Costa Verde Estates
We are located in the Southern Pacific Zone, just between Dominical and Uvita, in a community aptly known as Escaleras, which means staircase or ladder in Spanish. Escaleras is one of the most desired communities in the Southern Pacific Zone, because of stunning way the steep, jungle-covered mountains cascade right down to the sea. This unique geography creates unsurpassed ocean views from atop the mountain.
Options on how to get here:
From Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in San Jose, Costa Rica, take Route 27 to Route 34, to Jaco, Quepos and Dominical on the coastal highway (Costanera). The drive takes approximately 3 hours.
You can also hop on a short commuter flight from SJO to Quepos Airport, on Sansa (http://crc.flysansa.com/en/home) or Nature Air (www.natureair.co.cr). Book your tickets in advance, and consult the airlines' baggage limitations. The flight from SJO to Quepos takes only about 25 minutes. In Quepos, you can rent a car, choosing from several well-known car rental companies, for example, Budget (www.budget.co.cr). The drive from Quepos to Costa Verde Estates takes less than one hour.
